Happy Inaugural Day! If you were lucky enough to get your hands on Lazy Lady Farm’s “Barick Obama” cheese, Justin of the Wine Library suggests pairing it with a celebratory prosecco. Just in case you needed another reason to break out the cheese and bubbly.

My goodness! I had no idea it was National Cheese Lovers Day yesterday…I am so embarrassed!
But I unintentionally celebrated with a nice, creamy chevre (for a snack) and shredded cheddar (over dinner)!
Imagine how much cheese you would have consumed if you had KNOWN about NCLD! You still did us proud, Jen.
