		<description>@ Jamie - The Mahon&#039;s not a bad alternative, but this definitely is well suited for chocolate pairings. I don&#039;t think my usual cheesemonger carries it regularly, had to get it at Cowgirl.

@ Jill - I&#039;m not sure, I didn&#039;t think I&#039;d had this one before but it would&#039;ve made sense to have it at that cheese and chocolate class we did, huh?</description>
