PRR is so good - when I went to the cheese shop to pick up my wedge, the manager couldn't believe that I hadn't tasted it before. Now it will be a regular in my cheese drawer!

If you like blues, we'll have another to profile tomorrow. Stay tuned. :)

Yay, Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve! What a pleasant surprise to look at it over breakfast. When I lived in Madison, you couldn't walk up to a cheese counter without people falling all over Uplands. A Riesling and tulips sounds like just the right combination. Thanks for adding my blog to your blogroll. I'm happy to know of some other femmes fromage. I'm excited to try the blue you recommended. It looks like I may be having a blue cheese summer.
