If you haven’t heard, it’s a true Cheesemas miracle: Rush Creek Reserve from Uplands Cheese is BACK! After a one-year hiatus, it’s back in a limited release this year. And, the miracles just keep coming: Winnimere from Jasper Hill Farm, normally not widely available until January, was released early this year. I’ve spotted both at Arrowine here in Arlington, Va., but you’ll have to move quick to catch them both at the same time. (Of course, you can always order Winni direct from the Cellars if it’s not at your local cheese counter yet.)
